PC-9220 is a waterproof thermometer as robust as IP67 able to be used under splashing water.
Wide measuring range of –50 to 250°C contributes to versatile application.

■ Maximum/minimum temperature
Just pressing once or twice to show the record-highest/lowest temperature
The records are initialized when the device is turned off, or Max/min key is pressed for 3 seconds.
■ Fixed display
Pressing "Hold" key stops refreshing of temperature indication.
■ Auto power off
Shuts down automatically after 60 minutes of operation, to save battery even when you forget to turn off.
Note: This function cannot be disabled.
■ Magnets embedded on rear side
Magnets inside the body enable it to be attached to metal surfaces.
■ Tip for accurate measurement
To achieve accurate temperature measurement, insert the sensor part in a target for more than 70 mm (= 20 times of sensor diameter) so that it eliminates the effect from ambient temperature.
■ Cautions to measure high temperature
Be careful not to burn yourself.
Do not put the sensor part back to the sheath while it is hot.
Make sure the sensor part is penetrated for less than 100 mm and the continuous measurement time does not exceed 2 minutes, to prevent malfunction or deformation due to corrosion of the plastic body.
