Features
With the humimeter BRC moisture transmitters optimize your dryer, oven or your wood gasification system and increase their effectiveness to the highest efficiency. The high measuring depth of at least 300 mm guarantees a precise measuring result.
Areas of Application:
The humimeter BRC ensures online measurement of the water content of very dry industrial wood chips up to chip class P100. The professional measuring device is used successfully in wood gasification plants or in pellet or chipboard production and is used almost exclusively for use in a bunker. The transmitter can easily be integrated into existing systems. Operators of a wood gasification system thus ensure the long-term drying process of the wood chips.
The connection to a controller is carried out using a 4-20mA analogue output. Calibration curves (characteristics) for various bulk materials are created by Schaller Messtechnik GmbH in its own laboratory.
