The concrete moisture meter is designed for mobile use by technicians and assemblers in order to quantify moisture or to control received goods. The Damp Meter not only measures the absolute moisture in construction materials or wood, but can also display data regarding the atmospheric environment (air humidity and temperature). The display of the universal concrete moisture meter immediately shows the reference value in %- values, thus no conversion is necessary. The delivery package of the concrete moisture meter includes three different insertion probes for woods, construction material and paper- and board- staples. In general, the universal concrete moisture meter is provided with four different measuring modes, which can be switched in accordance to the probe; 130 varying kinds of wood, 19 construction materials (cement, screed, mortar, concrete etc. …), a dry-wet-indicator for reference measurement and an index mode, with which absolute moisture can be measured.

By means of the self-testing function the concrete moisture meter can be tested for its correct work function. Furthermore, the concrete moisture meter includes a manual temperature compensation mode to achieve more accurate measuring data.
