SK-650PH is a desktop pH meter with a lot of helpful functions such as self-checking of deterioration of a sensor and data recording. A sensor arm on the device is convenient to fix a stirrer.
A sensor probe must be purchased separately.
■ A variety of sensor probes from industry use to laboratory use applicable for your preference.
* One probe must be purchased separately at least.
■ Sensitivity display function indicates a deterioration state of the sensor to tell you the best time for maintenance or replacement of the sensor.
■ Stability display function lets you know the measuring value is stabilized.
■ Automatic temperature compensation provides more precise measurement.
■ Measured value, date, and time are simultaneously displayed.
■ Calibration is available by choosing up to three points from pH 4.01, 6.86, 9.18, or 10.01.
* The pH above are under condition of 25°C.
* Calibration solutions are sold separately. For accurate measurement it is recommended to use calibration solutions.
■ Recording of up to 99 data available
■ Data transmission to PC available with an RS-232C cable sold separately
■ Electromotive force value of the sensor can be output in real time if you have a cable and a device to receive analog data.
■ A convenient sensor arm for holding a stirrer and the like
■ Notice
- The sensor may be damaged to shorten its life if it is used for liquids such as organic solvents, oils, adhesives, surface-active agents, strong acids (pH 0 to 2), or strong alkalis (pH 12 to 14).
- The reading may become unstable if you measure pure or tap water.
- If you measure food or drink, take a sufficient quantity of a sample in a separate container so that the end of the sensor is immersed at least 3 cm in the sample. Do not eat or drink the sample after measurement.
- The sensor is made of glass, so take a great care in handling. Be careful not to injure yourself when it is broken.
