The P3000 polarimeter is the economical solution for standard measurements where a measurement accuracy of ±0.01° is sufficient. Measurements are carried out in a record time of less than 2 seconds. The measured values are displayed either as an optical angle of rotation or in the ICUMSA international sugar scale. There is an option to print results on a serial ASCII printer. The reliable temperature compensation makes it possible to measure at any temperature and obtain the value converted to 20 °C.
