The humimeter FS3 food moisture meter with 300 gram sample weight and sample temperature measurement for producers and traders in the food industry is a powerful professional moisture analyser for the determination of water content of a lot of food, luxury food and grain types. The measured values can be saved via the integrated data logger, provided with additional data and recalled later. You also have the option of using a hold function with this food moisture analyzer. This allows measured values to be frozen on the display until the next button is pressed.
In order to increase the measurement accuracy and reproducibility, the measurement is carried out with hectoliter compensation. This is achieved by accurately weighing the sample amount.
