Our motorized test stand PCE-MTS500 can be coupled and operated in various versions with our force gauges, the PCE series. The motorized test bench allows you to carry out almost all of your compression and tensile force applications with repeatable accuracy. The use of the motorized test bench offers the operator the most precise equality of test bench and sample.
The maximum force range of the motorized test stand is 500 kg. The use of the motorized test bench requires a power connection. The feed speed is variably adjustable between 30 mm/min and 230 mm/min. The precise measurement procedure is thus guaranteed with the motorized test stand. The force test stand is compatible with the following device series: PCE-FB series, PCE-FM series, PCE-LFG series and the PCE-PTR 200.
Attention: A force measuring device must always be ordered as an option for the motorized test stand!
Wherever the human body reaches its limits in terms of force measurement, the motorized test stand comes into play. The user of the motorized test stand is obliged to prepare a risk analysis. If it emerges from this that the type of application and the samples pose a risk to the user, a safety device may be required, especially in the case of the test stand operated by an electric motor.
