Berdasarkan prinsip ultrasonik, detektor cacat ultrasonik digital MFD350B dengan LCD TFT 320 * 240, dapat menguji, mengarahkan, mengevaluasi, dan mendiagnosis berbagai kekurangan seperti retak, lemak babi, lubang udara di interior benda kerja dengan cepat dan akurat tanpa kerusakan apa pun. Ini dapat digunakan di Laboratorium maupun di bidang teknik. Dengan kisaran 0-6000mm, dapat memenuhi persyaratan untuk pemeriksaan cacat umum di industri manufaktur, industri metalurgi, industri pengolahan logam, industri kimia dan sebagainya. Fungsi & aplikasi
Instrumen ini dapat digunakan secara luas dalam menemukan dan mengukur retakan tersembunyi, rongga, pelepasan, dan diskontinuitas serupa pada las, tempa, billet, gandar, poros, tangki, bejana tekan, turbin, dan komponen struktural.
Prinsip bekerja
Ketika adanya cacat pada benda kerja dengan bahan homogen, karena cacat, itu akan menginformasikan antarmuka antara media yang berbeda antara cacat dan benda kerja. Karena resistansi akustik berbeda pada antarmuka, setelah gelombang ultrasonik berdenyut bertemu antarmuka, itu akan menghasilkan refleksi. Energi yang dipantulkan akan diterima oleh probe. Kemudian akan ditampilkan bentuk gelombang refleksi pada posisi absis tertentu pada tampilan layar yang merupakan kedalaman cacat pada benda kerja. Ketinggian dan bentuk gelombang pantul akan berbeda karena perbedaan cacat yang mencerminkan karakter cacat.
